This course covers all the education you need to renew your Florida Real Estate license. We cover 3 Hours of Florida Core Law updates, real estate Brokerage Relationships, Real Estate Finance laws and trends, and Short Sales and Foreclosures in a book format.

You will need to pass a 30-question open book final exam with a score of 80%. Instructions for submitting your final exam will be included with your book.

You can either pick up the book at our office location in Fort Myers or we can mail it to you for an additional $5 shipping fee. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery.
