The Florida real estate industry continues to experience dramatic changes in the marketplace and in the regulatory realm. As practitioners, it is increasingly important to keep pace with ever-changing rules and regulations. This course is your chance to get up to speed on recent regulatory changes, disclosure, agency relationships and fair housing.
SECTION 1 covers recent law changes
SECTION 2 takes a new look at license law and the most common shortcoming, brokerage relationship disclosure and misrepresentation of material facts about the property. Students will examine some of the legal implications for sales associates, their employing broker, sellers and buyers.
SECTION 3 covers a timely review of fair housing laws. The course provides licensees a new look at diversity including prohibited conduct and offers some practical applications.
Down-to-earth and loaded with examples, this course gives licensees the know-how and the tools to stay in compliance.
