Utilizing 30 years of real estate training and professional education experience, Larson Educational Services is the premier provider of Florida real estate licensing, exam preparation, post-licensing, real estate broker licensing, Florida CAM licensing and Florida mortgage licensing and continuing education in Southwest Florida. We are also an NMLS provider for mortgage loan originators. Classes are available in Fort Myers, Naples, Port Charlotte and online.

Our History
Larson Educational Services has had its doors open in Fort Myers since November 2008, but the beginnings of the business date back to the 1970's.
Rick Larson, Larson Educational Services co-founder and manager, opened a real estate education company in 1979 in St. Paul, Minnesota, called PROSOURCE Educational Services. The business grew to include real estate, mortgage, appraisal, insurance, securities, contractor, home inspection and computer education.
In 2001, Rick, along with his partner, Joe Coyne, sold the business to Kaplan Professional Schools, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Washington Post.
He and his instructors have assisted more than 500,000 professionals to pass their exams and achieve their career goals in real estate, real estate appraisal, residential construction, insurance and mortgage loan origination.
In 2007, two of Rick's five sons, David and Brad Larson, approached Rick and talked of starting up a family-owned education company. The only place they talked of operating the business was in Southwest Florida where they had spent countless winter breaks vacationing from school.
After finding a great location to build two classrooms in Royal Palm Square Shopping Center in Fort Myers in early 2008, Larson Educational Services offered its first Florida Real Estate Licensing class in November 2008, and has since added many new classes and has become very involved in all of the Southwest Florida communities. In March 2010, the Larson's expanded by adding an additional classroom location at Horseshoe Park of Commerce in Naples, just North of the Naples Municipal Airport.
Where are we located?
Our main office and classrooms are located at the base of the Midpoint Bridge in Fort Myers at Royal Palm Square. We have an additional classroom in Naples at the Horseshoe Park of Commerce. Our locations are easily accessible to the Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Naples, Estero, Lehigh Acres and Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte area real estate markets. We also offer the Real Estate Sales Associate licensing course in Port Charlotte at the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte-North Port Association of REALTORS building.
