This course takes you through the essentials of real estate investment and finance.

• You’ll learn how to do a financial analysis of real estate
• You’ll learn what types of real estate finance are available to you
• We cover how to invest in land, residential properties, office buildings and shopping centers
• We’ll teach you how taxes impact real estate investments
