Directions for completing the Florida Community Association Manager Continuing Education Requirement:

  1. Download the FREE eBooks

  3. Complete the Final Exam
    Download the Final Exam from up above. You can fill in your answers and submit electronically for grading. Only complete the exams for the courses you wish to receive credit on. Tuition is $29 per 2 CE Hour Course or $39 per 4 CE Hour Course. SAVE by doing 10 Hours for only $99 or do ALL 20 Hours for only $179!
  4. Select a Grading Option
    You will see 3 options for grading results on your answer sheet. Please select one:
    1. PRIORITY - submit by 3 PM EST and your results will be emailed to you on the same business day - Extra $10
    2. EXPRESS - submit by 5 PM EST and your results will be emailed to you by 12 PM the next business day - Extra $7
    3. STANDARD - submit by 5 PM EST and your results will be emailed to you in 3 business days - FREE
  5. Submit your Answer Sheet
    Fax or email your completed answer sheet to Larson Educational Services for grading.
  6. Notification of Results
    A LarsonEd representative will notify you with your exam results based on the grading option you indicated on your answer sheet. We will then upload your completed hours to the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
